As a director, Norm strikes the perfect balance in every possible way. He trusts his actors to create their characters, but provides guidance to make their performances the best they can be. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of theater production, but still listens to the suggestions of those working with him. Most importantly, he creates a professional environment, but still leaves room for the cast and crew to have fun together, and joins in the fun himself!
— Katie Matthews, Actress, Johanna, Sweeney Todd

I love to create art. And directing lets me do just that. Whether it's helping an actor develop that little nuance of a sinister character or the thrill of a full-blown musical production number, nothing is more satisfying.

And sharing that feeling with an audience is wonderful!

If you want someone with directing experience, working with kids to seniors, first time performers to seasoned veterans, even animals, then let's talk.
